  We saw Dr David Vella about our unwell rabbit. He was very professional, empathetic, understanding and honest with his prognosis. Unfortunately we had to make the awful decision to say goodbye to our sweet girl with treatment being expensive & not guaranteed to work at the expense of her pain. Dr Vella was patient, gave us space to make decisions, gave us tissues. He was very kind and gentle with us and her when it came to saying goodbye. He gave us a lot of space and time - we spent 1.5hrs across the initial appointment and then saying goodbye. We are so thankful for his expertise and how he looked after us all on this difficult day. We will take any of our other bunnies here if unwell. All the staff were friendly when we came in and out and very understanding upon our teary departure.

  Extremely rude vet nurse (Dana). She really has a serious attitude problem. A pity that this one-off encounter with her has really ruined my overall experience at Northshore Vet when the Vets there have always been pleasant and professional.

  Can't say enough good things about Dr John Culvenor. Caring, professional and extremely competent. The only person I would trust to operate on my dog.
